What days and hours can I access my unit?
​
You can access your unit 7 days per week between 8:30am-6pm.

Can I access my storage unit on holidays?
Holiday hours are as follows:
​
8am to 4pm on Christmas Eve (December 24th)
CLOSED Christmas Day (December 25th)
8am to 4pm New Years Eve (December 31st)
CLOSED New Years Day (January 1st)
CLOSED Easter Sunday

What if I need access to my unit outside of business hours?
​
Please contact us in advance if you require access to your unit later than 6pm and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Are the units heated?
​
No, the units are not heated.
​
Do I have to pay for a full month if I don't plan to use the unit for the full month?
​
No, we can pro-rate based on your plans to move in or out. Please contact us if you are seeking a customized plan.
​
How are the units secured?
​
For a small deposit we can provide you with a high-quality lock, alternatively, you are welcome to use your own lock.
​
Are there any items that cannot be stored?
​
There are some Items that cannot be stored such as motorized vehicles that use gasoline or diesel, propane tanks/cylinders, batteries, or any explosive substances. If you are unsure about your items, please contact us for further information.

Does my insurance cover the items I store in my unit?
​
Homeowners insurance does not always cover the contents of a storage unit. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to ensure you are fully covered.
